The Council of Ministers of BH upheld the Bill on amendments to the Law on the establishment of a company for the transmission of electric energy in BH.
It was concluded that the bill be submitted to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a proposal for it to be considered on an expedited basis.
Before it is succumbed to parliamentary procedure, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations and the Legislative Office of the Council of Ministers will legally and technically align the bill.
