Visit the first PyCon Balkan 2018 conference, which will take place in Hilton hotel in Belgrade, Serbia, November 16-18, and which will deal with a wide range of topics regarding the Python programming language.
PyCon Balkan is the first event of this kind and this size in the Balkans. We are very proud we are bringing a large number of experts in this field, which will share their knowledge and visions with our participants. The event itself is organized in the way that everyone interested to improve their programming skills can learn something new and useful. The working language of the conference will be English. You don’t need any certain level of pre-knowledge to participate, and that is something we insisted on from the very beginning.
The reason we started organizing an event this big is our desire to help the development of Python community in the Balkans. Our goal is to strengthen IT community and highlight the position of the Balkans, as one of the tech centers in this region. We think that Belgrade, Serbia and the whole Balkan region deserve to be and get recognized on the map of these kind of events, and we have to work on that.f we don’t take care of our community, we cannot expect interest and effort of anyone else.
