The Department of Economics of Banjaluka issued a 107 business licenses for entrepreneurs and artisans since the beginning of the year.
In the period from the 1st of January till the 31st of December 2013, 704 work permits were issued and 713 entrepreneurs closed their business, said the Head of the Department of Economics, Radenko Komljenovic.
He added that 1, 060 entrepreneurs did not align their activities with the Law on entrepreneurial activity.
Namely, all entrepreneurs were required to by the end of 2013 align their business with the mentioned law, in accordance with the provision of Article 57, said Komljenovic adding that all entrepreneurs were informed that not doing so would result in the cessation of activity and their removal from the Register of Entrepreneurs.
On this day there are 3,591 independent contractors active in the city of Banjaluka.
