An unknown assailant has thrown a bomb into a commuter bus in Banja Luka while the bus was stationary and picking up passengers. The explosion killed the driver.
Namely, in the capital of Srpska Banjaluka, a bomb was thrown into a bus full of passengers around 11 am.
The passengers did not suffer serious injuries, while the driver’s wounds were fatal.
Onlookers say that while the stood at a bus stop, a young man dressed in black approached the open door and after throwing in a hand-grenade, ran away in the opposite direction.
The explosion damaged cars and surrounding buildings.
The police are currently investigating the incident.
