With the adoption of amendments to the law on Elektroprenos BH, 100 million KM can now be used in entity budgets.
The House of Representatives earlier adopted the budget at the first reading. The budgets framework is 950 million KM plus funds for repayment of debt, determined the Fiscal Council of BH.
However, the deadline given by the IMF, to adopt budgets on all levels of government by the 9th of December, has been broken. This means that BH will not receive the scheduled loan tranche from IMF.
