The Bosniak-Muslim review of the ruling in BiH’s lawsuit against Serbia, directed by Bakir Izetbegovic in the name of BiH, is an unequivocal proof that the Bosniak political, intellectual and religious elite is anti-Serb oriented, thus this is a continuation of the abuse of BiH to suit Bosniak needs, it was concluded at today’s meeting of the leaders of the ruling coalition SNSD-DNS-SP.
The leaders of the SNSD, DNS and SP, Milorad Dodik, Marko Pavic and Petar Djokic stated at the meeting held in Banjaluka that this crisis perhaps may be the last minute to get things back to the procedures defined in the Constitution and by the law, and that the alternative is clear.
“Unilateral act of the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, filed on behalf of BiH and against the will of the Serb and Croat membesr of the Presidency, is direct violation of the Annex 4 of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which BiH is based on”, it was concluded at the meeting.
Coalition SNSD-DNS-SP is firmly committed to the maintenance of the Dayton Peace Agreement, including the rights and obligations that Republika Srpska has under that agreement.
The rights and obligations defined in this agreement equally bind other part of the country, including the joint institutions which were formed according to Annex 4, the Constitution of BiH.
Coalition SNSD-DNS-SP believes that it is necessary to ASAP convene a meeting of all leaders of Republika Srpska-based political parties to discuss the current political crisis caused by the arbitrariness of the Bosniak member of the Presidency, but also other issues that burden the functioning of the joint institutions.
Attendees of the meeting that would bring together leaders of all Republika Srpska–based political parties, would express their expectation for a joint meeting with the leadership of the Republic of Serbia, which as a guarantor of the Dayton Peace Agreement should be informed on the situation in the functioning of the BiH institutions and unequivocal violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
“We agree to urgently convene a session of the National Assembly to draft the policies of Republika Srpska in the joint institutions of BiH and make binding conclusions about the activities of the Republika Srpska representative in the BiH institutions. It is necessary to articulate the interests of Republika Srpska in Srpska’s highest legislative body and implement them in the joint institutions of BiH “, it was concluded at the meeting.
Leaders of the ruling coalition in Srpska stated that it is necessary to convene a session of the Republika Srpska Senate so the academic community of Republika Srpska, which is included in this advisory body, could declare on this crisis, and its overcoming.
“We expect the Presidency of BiH to recall BiH ambassador from The Hague. Due to Bosniaks – Muslims’ usurpation of the BiH joint institutions, it is necessary that Serb representatives in these institutions, regardless of being the government or the opposition, cease to participate in the decision-making of these institutions until the solution is found for the open issues that burden the functioning of BiH, such as the review of the ruling in the BiH’s lawsuit against Serbia, the issue concerning international judges in the BiH Constitutional Court, the unconstitutional functioning of the Court and the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH “, it was agreed at the meeting of the leaders of the ruling coalition in Srpska.
Dodik, Pavic and Djokic find it necessary to initiate criminal proceedings against the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, before the courts of Republika Srpska or the Federation of BiH for undermining the Constitution of BiH.
