Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in the Republic of Srpska, in the last 24 hours, at the Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Srpska, the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska, the University Hospital in Foča, and the hospitals of Sv. Vračevi in Bijeljina and Sv. Apostol Luka in Doboj tested 730 laboratory samples, and the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 268 people in the Republic of Srpska.
These are 148 males and 120 females, of which 59 are younger, 178 middle-aged, and 31 older.
According to the place of residence, 121 people are from Banja Luka, 25 from Bijeljina, 20 from Gradiška, 19 people from Pale, 15 from Prijedor, 12 from Laktaši, ten from Foča, seven from Doboj, five people from Mrkonjić Grad, four each from Prnjavor and Sokolac, three people each from East Ilidža, Kotor Varoš and Milići, two each from Bratunac, Zvornik and Čajniče and one person each from Višegrad, Gacko, East New Sarajevo, Jezera, Kozarska Dubica, Modriča, Oštra Luka, Petrovo , Srbac, Trebinje and Ugljevik.
In the last 24 hours, two deaths have been reported to the Republic of Srpska Institute of Public Health, in which the presence of a new coronavirus has been confirmed. They are an elderly man from Banja Luka and a middle-aged woman from Modriča.
So far, 12,325 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Republic of Srpska, and a total of 345 people have died who have been tested for a new coronavirus.
In the Republic of Srpska, a total of 7,548 people have recovered from the new coronavirus so far, and a total of 91,892 people have been tested.
The total number of hospitalized in the Republic of Srpska is 316, in the University Clinical Center of Republic of Srpska 114, and in general hospitals 202.
