The plenary session of the Committee of Experts of the Council of Europe to combat money laundering – Moneyval – will today discuss Bosnia and Herzegovina, confirmed Samir Omerhodzic, member of the B&H delegation.
Omerhodzic said that today is D-Day for B&H and expressed hope that B&H politicians will send a message confirming that they will adopt the laws that address this issue.
Earlier it was said that Moneyval will sanction B&H because the Parliament failed to adopt the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Activities.
B&H could also find itself on the blacklist alongside Iran and North Korea.
