Serb BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik sent letters to Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos and Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis expressing his most sincere support to efforts and activities the Greek authorities are undertaking in connection with the latest wave of illegal migrants.
“While protecting the Greek borders, you are standing in defense of not only the European Union but of the whole of the Balkans. The illegal migration brings many humanitarian and security challenges and we can respond adequately only through joint determined activities,” said Dodik.
The Serb BiH Presidency member has thanked the president and prime minister of Greece and their country for everything they are doing to promote peace and stability in the Balkans.
“The Greek and the Serbian people are linked by unbreakable ties from the past that were proven in the most difficult moments through expressed mutual understanding, respect, and solidarity,” Dodik said.
Wishing the Greek people peace and well-being, Dodik also sent expressions of his deepest respect for the president and prime minister of Greece.
