“Elektroprenos B&H” should receive a new administration by the end of January, said the Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska, Zeljka Cvijanovic.
At the meeting of Elektroprenos’s Assembly of Shareholders in Banja Luka, it was noted that investments will be made on the basis of equity, in other word 51 % in the FBiH and 49 % in Srpska.
It was agreed that every two months consultations will be made on all important questions concerning the operating of “Elektroprenos”, added Cvijanovic.
Mato Zaric was earlier named the General Director of “Elektroprenos”.
