Republika Srpska Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic said in Banjaluka today that the Cabinet declared the state of emergency in Srpska.
Cvijanovic said that this means a new regime for all in Srpska.
“I appeal to all citizens, institutions and companies to behave in keeping with this decision,” Cvijanovic told reporters after a session of the Republika Srpska Cabinet Emergency Situations Department and a Cabinet session.
