Serb member and Chairwoman of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović held talks yesrerday in Sarajevo, with Austrian Ambassador to BiH Ulrike Hartman about current political and economic issues in BiH and the region, the process of European integration, and the possibilities of further improving relations with Austria.
“It was jointly assessed that Austria is among the largest foreign trade partners of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that there is mutual interest and great potential for further strengthening of economic cooperation”, announced the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Cvijanović thanked Hartmann for her support in granting BiH candidate status, stressing that the European path requires commitment and coordination of all levels of government, with full respect for their constitutional competencies.
