Hospital officials unveiled the expanded wing of the Hematology Clinic, within the Department of Internal Medicine, and announced that the level of health care at the Clinical Center Banjaluka has been lifted to a new level.
The Minister of Health and Social Welfare of Republika Srpska, Dragan Bogdanovic, said that the extended part of the Clinic will offer patients who suffer from severe illnesses better conditions for treatment and will insure their comfortable stay at the Clinical Center.
The head of the Hematology Clinic, Jadranka Mirjanic, said that the hematology department now offers 25 beds and nine beds in the daily hospital.The expansion of this wing of the hospital was a much needed upgrade to health care in Srpska, while standards of health care will continue to improve in the coming period, agreed hospital officials.
