Thermal power plant “Gacko”, with today’s production of electricity, has achieved its highest production in 30 years and could this year bear the title of the largest producer of electricity in Republika Srpska.
Head of the company Maksim Skoko stated that this energy giant has to date produced 1,615 gigawatt-hours of electricity, with which it has overthrown its record of annual production, realized in 2011.
He added that the power plant is stable and that it is expected to, by the end of the year, produce more than 1, 700 gigawatt-hours of electricity and beat this years planned production.
This energy giant expressed satisfaction with these results and their trend of growth.
