The Investment and Development Bank of the Republika Srpska (IRB RS) has decided to sell a 21 percent stake in the Olympic Center Jahorina.
IRB is selling a fifth of the shares of OC Jahorina for 10.2 million KM, in other words it requests a convertible mark for each of its 10,213,256 shares.
The 21.16 % of the shares held by the Restitution Fund, managed by the IRB, will be on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange at the end of December.
OC Jahorina has had a longstanding problem with the repayment of millions in debt to the IRB, on the basis of issued bonds, which may be converted into shares.
