Pandora’s box of self-determination/secession of certain areas has opened in international law and it is only a question of where it will happen next, said the President of the National Assembly of Srpska, Igor Radojicic.
Radojicic said that the issue of independence of certain regions and provinces has flared throughout Europe and that the theory which allows one region to achieve secession, while forbidding another, does not „drink water“.
All attempts to explain that certain cases of separation are „sui generis“ are unsuccessful, said Radojicic whilst commenting on Crimea’s current status.
