The President of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Valerija Galić, has scheduled a plenary session of this judicial institution for today, in which no judge from the Serb people will participate because Zlatko Knežević took early retirement at the start of the year.
At an extraordinary session on June 19 last year, the Constitutional Court of BiH changed the rules that now allow it to work without Serb judges.
The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in this composition are not valid in Srpska and that Srpska will prohibit the activities of the Court and the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH on its territory if the bodies of those institutions come to enforce them.
