Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska Zeljka Cvijanovic spoke yesterday with representatives of the Inter-Religious Council of BiH in the Administrative Center of the Government.
The meeting focused on the activities of the Inter-religious Council and the position of religious communities in Republic of Srpska and BiH.
Representatives of the Inter-religious Council thanked for the support of the Government of the Republic of Srpska to their work and emphasized that the inter-religious dialogue was an important process in promoting the universal values shared by members of all religious communities in BiH.
The Prime Minister pointed out that the Government of the Republic of Srpska would continue to support all activities aimed at improving relations and creating a positive environment for coexistence of various religious communities in the Republic of Srpska and BiH.
The meeting was attended on behalf of the delegation of the Inter-religious Council, His Grace, Metropolitan Hrizostom of Dabar-Bosnia, President of the Jewish Community in BiH, Jakob Finci and the Parish Priest of Sarajevo, Rev. Vanja Jovanovic.
