Srpska Interior Minister Dragan Lukac said Monday in Banjaluka that the investigation into an attempted terrorist attack in Janja near Bijeljina was still ongoing.
“The biggest success of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska is that it prevented a terrorist attack that would have caused a lot of concern for the citizens, mainly the Bosniaks,” Lukac told reporters.
He noted that the owner of the Dalas Hotel, in which the police had found 100 bottles filled with petrol and a gas tank tied together with bed sheets, has to be located.
“The hotel owner has to be questioned. The traces found at the scene will direct us to someone else,” said Lukac.
On Friday, October 30 the Srpska Police prevented a terrorist attack in Janja near Bijeljina, where everything had been prepared to blow up the Dalas Hotel.
