Qassem Soleimani Shipped Weapons to Mujahideen in BiH

Anti-Radical Islam expert Dževad Galijašević said that Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, who was recently killed by the US, was also involved in equipping the mujahideen in the area of responsibility of Šefik Džaferović, a current Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency, where he delivered weapons through Croatia, and part of that arsenal remained with the Croats.

For today’s edition of” Večernje Novosti”, Galijašević said that Džaferović was immediately transferred to the AID secret service after the war by the secretary-general and had access to all war documents from his area of operation and others, and could do whatever he wanted with them.

– Although his name was mentioned in the trials of the generals of the so-called Army of BiH, he was never charged with a war crime, which is a major omission of the judiciary in The Hague, but it could be discussed whether it was intentional – said Galijašević.

According to him, in the Džaferović area of responsibility during the war in BiH, the mujahideen committed monstrous crimes against Serbs.

– Hundreds of Serb prisoners heads have been cut off and these are the most massive ritual killings in the world – says Galijašević.

He emphasized that Džaferović, as head of the security services, was aware of all the crimes and had available transcripts of Mujahideen talks, but did not react to prevent crimes against Serbs in Vozuća.

-Soleimani came and trained Mujahideen throughout the war in Central Bosnia, but also traveled to Sarajevo and trained members of Alija Izetbegović’s secret service AID – said Galijašević.

“Večernje Novosti” reported that the Soleimani, who was recently killed by the US, visited BiH on several occasions from 1993 to 1995, most often in the wider Zenica area, where the notorious El Mujahedin detachment, located in the Džaferović area of responsibility, operated .

According to the newspaper’s interlocutors, Džaferović, as war chief or chief of the Zenica Security Center, was briefed on the actions of an Iranian general and the mass war crimes of Islamic extremists against Serbs.

The paper recalls that US Congress documents indicate that Suleimani had BiH in focus, noting that the US Congress in its resolution of 9 January this year stated that the Iranian general intended to attack the US embassies in Baghdad, Iraq, as well as planning attacks in Germany, BiH, Bulgaria, Kenya, Bahrain, Turkey …

The head of the Serbian Club in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, Nenad Stevandić, said that the Republic of Srpska is aware of who represents Bosniaks in the BiH Presidency.

He added that it was interesting how hypocritical the world was, focusing on crimes against Serbs during the war and pointing to radical Islam and that now that this has become a global problem, the story goes back to BiH.

Member of the Security Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Kostadin Vasić told “Novosti” that the same matrix was with all SDA wartime personnel and that all lines of that party were linked to Iran and extremist Islamists.

The newspaper previously reported that he received information from diplomatic sources in Sarajevo that Džaferović met Suleimani in 1994, and that one of the most powerful people in the Middle East already had 20 of his special forces in the Army of BiH in 1992, and later hired him for more members of the Iranian National Grad, stationed in Kakanj, Visoko, Zenica, the Fojnica and Igman.

Noting that Džaferović attacked “Novosti” because they wrote on Monday, January 13th, that he coordinated actions against the Serbs during the war in BiH with Soleimani, the newspaper estimates that the mantra about “Greater Serbia” and “genocide” did not fall behind this time either.
