The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović organised in her cabinet in Banja Luka a reception for thirteen-year-old Dejan Lukić from Brod, whose “Nanosatellite” project was accepted by the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
At the occasion, the President of the Republic of Srpska congratulated Lukić on his success and said that his example is the best testimony that even the highest objectives can be achieved with persistence and dedication.
At the meeting, President Cvijanović stressed that highly educated and talented young people are the most important resource of the Republic of Srpska, and added that the main task of institutions is to develop mechanisms through which they will be recognised and adequately supported in their work.
The President of the Republic underlined in the course of the meeting that the Cabinet of the President and the Government of the Republic of Srpska will jointly finance the implementation of this ambitious project.
