The compensation that Republika Srpska will pay the municipality of Niksic for the use of water from the lake Bilecko for the production of electricity will be about 500, 000 EUR annually, said the Mayor of Niksica, Veselin Grbovic.
The compensation will not be fixed annually, but will depend on the amount of electricity generated, it will be calculated by multiplying the specific ratio with the produced electricity, confirmed Grbovic.
He added that the Srpska accepted the rules of this compensation, while the Montenegrin government has formed a three member expert committee to resolve this issue.
