The Council for the Protection of Vital Interests within the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska should review on September 9 a request by the Bosniak Caucus for establishing the violation of vital national interests over the decision to call a referendum on the BiH Court and Prosecutor’s Office, this judicial institution confirmed.
National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopted the Decision to call a referendum on the BiH Court and Prosecutor’s Office on July 15. The question on the referendum is ”Do you support unconstitutional and unauthorized imposition of laws by OHR in BiH, especially imposed laws on the BiH Court and Prosecutor’s Office and implementation of their decisions in Republika Srpska?”
