– In Europe, we do not have a situation where one institution, such as the European Court of Human Rights, has an influence on the internal legal system in such an explicit way. The Constitutional Court is the interpreter of the Constitution and is responsible for its protection.
From 1995 onwards, we have three foreigners who continuously participate in the work of the Constitutional Court of BiH and decide on the most complex cases – emphasized Savić.
He pointed out that there are more foreigners than judges from one of the three constituent nations, which is absurd when it comes to the constitutional and legal order of BiH.
– This is a direct limitation of the international legal subjectivity, but also the sovereignty of BiH – said Savić.
