Serbia has banned the import of milk from Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Federation of BiH Farmers’ Association announced that Serbia has banned the import of milk from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and asked state authorities to protect domestic production and the domestic market.

“Such unilateral decisions should be adequately responded to, we demand that reciprocal measures be introduced. We demand that urgent action be taken, otherwise there will be incalculable damage. It is inevitable that domestic processors will have surpluses of purchased milk. Urgently ban the import of milk and dairy products from Serbia,” the Federation of BiH Farmers’ Association stated in a statement.
