Last year, 507 babies were born at “Serbia” Hospital in East Sarajevo, the highest number of births since 2011, the health institution said.
Last year, 60 babies were born more than in 2018.
– That things have gone better since the beginning of the operation of “Serbia” Hospital is witnessed by numerous data, and the latest about the largest number of births since 2011 is another confirmation that our fellow citizens have chosen the maternity hospital well – it is stated in the statement.
The statement said that the good news is that in 2019, two young colleagues received a specialization in gynecology and obstetrics, adding that the existing staff is constantly going for additional education and training.
