The Serbian Government on Thursday approved 9.3 million Euros for the implementation of already begun projects in Republika Srpska. The projects are being implemented as part of the mechanism of cooperation under the Agreement on Special and Parallel Relations between Serbia and Republika Srpska, says a press release from the Serbian Government.
Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković has recently announced that a meeting between all Mayors of Republika Srpska towns, including several towns from the FBiH with majority Serb population, and Serbian and Srpska officials will be held at the beginning of May, most probably in the Ethno Village “Stanišići” near Bijeljina.
Stressing that Serbia will allocate 9.3 million Euros to Srpska as aid to various projects, instead of earlier agreed 8.5 million Euros, Višković stressed that the meeting should deal with the implementation of the past projects and future cooperation in the implementation of projects that are in the phase of planning.
The meeting should be attended by the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, Republika Srpska President Željka Cvijanović, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabić and other Serbian and Republika Srpska officials.
