After meeting of leaders of the main political parties in BiH in Brussels, it has been noticed that leaders have agreed that the BiH Presidency should consist of three directly elected members, and that this is an agreement on principles of implementing the Decision of the European Court of Human Rights in case ‘Sejdić and Finci against BiH’.
The BiH Constitution already stipulates that the Presidency should consist of three directly elected members, and judgment refers to inability of members of non-constitutional peoples to run for the Presidency member and for the BiH House of Peoples.
