The Prosecutors Office of B&H has begun summoning “witnesses” to give statements in the criminal case against unknown persons and regarding circumstances related to the non-implementation of the Sejdic-Finci ruling.
A PM in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dusanka Majkic, stated that she will obey the summons but added that she resents the Prosecutors Office’s attitude and the conduct of the chief prosecutor because, according to the Constitution of B&H, the parliamentarians and delegates cannot be criminally or civilly liable for any action done within their parliamentary duties.
The Prosecutor’s Office of B&H earlier launched an investigation against an unknown perpetrator into the failure to implement the Sejdic-Finci decision made by the European Court of Human Rights.
