Next year students at the University of Banjaluka will have new and modern pavilion with a total of 140 bedrooms. Namely, the construction of the fourth pavilion of the Student Center “Nikola Tesla“ in Banjaluka is to due to begin in just over two weeks.
The contract for the construction of the pavilion was signed yesterday in Banjaluka with “Tigar” from Doboj, while the supervision will be carried out by the Directorate for Reconstruction and Development.
The first phase of construction will cost 6.2 million KM, said the Minister of Education and Culture, Goran Mutabdzija. He added that next on the agenda is the possibility of constructing a fifth pavilion which would accommodate master studies students and those coming from other faculties.
The completion of the 4th pavilion is expected in spring of 2015, while the first tenets are likely to move in with the beginning of the school year 2015/2016.
