The Minister of Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Srpska, Senka Jujić, and the Director of the Public Fund for Child Protection of the Republic of Srpska, Nedeljko Jović, signed yestertday in Banja Luka the Agreement on Electronic Data Exchange, establishing cooperation between the aforementioned institutions.
The agreement stipulates that the Public Fund for Child Protection, in the performance of tasks within the scope of its competence, in procedures for exercising the rights and control of beneficiaries of child protection rights, can electronically obtain data contained in extracts from birth, marriage, death and citizen registers.
The aforementioned will contribute to greater efficiency and economy of the procedure conducted by the Fund, and at the same time to easier exercise of the rights established by the Law on Child Protection, because citizens will be freed from obtaining the aforementioned documents.
“The plan is to continue the cooperation between our institutions and, in the coming period, create the prerequisites that citizens can electronically submit requests for the realization of certain rights from child protection and realize them in the shortest possible time, such as the right for newborn equipment and other rights,” she said. is, on this occasion, the Minister of Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Srpska, Senka Jujić.
