The European Commission has presented the first draft of the strategic priorities for IPA 2014-2017 to B&H institutions.

The national IPA strategy channels political priorities defined by the Enlargement Strategy and the latest report on the progress of key areas that, with the help of financial support, can contribute most in the process of EU integration.

The focus for the coming period is democracy and governance, the rule of law, fundamental rights and social and economic development.

The European Commission has called on all non-government and civil society organizations in B&H to provide their written contributions that summarize their findings in their field of expertise.

Written contributions should be sent no later than the 5th of May 2014 to Delegation-BiH-CSP@eeas.europa.eu, with midhat.dzemic@dei.gov.ba in the CC field.
