Top 20 students who last year graduated from the Medical Faculty of the University of Banjaluka have been offered employment at the Clinical Center, the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Dr Miroslav Zotovic, the Health Insurance Fund and the Medical Faculty.
The Minister of Education and Culture of Srpska, Goran Matubdzija, on this occasion stated that this gesture proves that are still institutions that offer high quality personnel employment and thus encourage them to remain in Srpska.
The Deputy Minister of Health and Social Care, Milan Latinovic, welcomed this move and stated that through this method since 2007, 70 young doctors have been employed, some of whom have already completed their specialization.
These young people will sign an employment contract for a definite period, however if they show interest and quality they will be offered permanent employment and specialization by the Ministry of Health, explained the Dean of the Medical Faculty, Milan Skrobic.
