The Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska Radovan Višković has said today that the governments of Srpska and Serbia would realize projects worth more than BAM 1.6 billion in the next period.
After the joint session of the Governments of Republika Srpska and Serbia, which has been held in East Sarajevo, Višković said that the cornerstone for the HES “Gornja Drina” Project would be laid today.
“There are three hydroelectric power plants`Buk bijela`, `Foča` and `Paonci`. It is an investment worth more than BAM 1.1 billion”, Višković explained.
He said that the realization of the construction of the highway from Sremska Rača to Bijeljina has been also planned, and Serbia would help with EUR 100 million, as well as the construction of the airport in Trebinje.
“These infrastructure projects between the Government of the Republika Srpska and the Government of Serbia are significant,” Višković said.
According to him, the previous 10 years and the previous 10 joint sessions have led to this today.
