Zana Novakovic placed 37th in the giant slalom Olympic discipline in Sochi. Novakovic, who after the first run ranked 42nd improved her position and come in 37th, a delay of 10.91 seconds behind winner Tina Maze.
The Slovenian won her second gold medal at these Olympics. Anna Fenniger won the silver medal, while Viktoria Rebensburg come in third and secured the bronze medal.
Zana Novakovic will also take part in slalom skiing on Friday.
