The President of the Trade Union of the Metal and Mining Industry of Republika Srpska, Tane Peulic, said that he received assurance from the administration of Zvornik’s company „Alumina“ that production for this year has been ensured and so has employment for all of its workers.
Peulic said that this was the most important question, because workers now have a safeguarded employment status and regular pay.
During a meeting with the President of the Board of „Alumina“, Mile Matic, Peulic said that the realisation of the protocol, signed between the trade union and the management of „Alumina“, was analyzed and it was concluded that the company had adhered to the agreed schedule.
